The mission of Blue Apex Investments is to acquire distressed properties and transform them into widely appealing residential homes. Blue Apex focuses on creating high quality renovated homes while also breathing new life into the surrounding neighborhoods.  Blue Apex acquire distressed residential properties at below market cost, add value to the properties by rehabbing, upgrading, and renovating, then selling at retail price (commonly known as fix and flip).

Additionally, Blue Apex also have a strong team of investment advisers, industry professionals and contractors to ensure the investment strategy is well-defined and successfully executed. This also includes qualified CPAs, real estate attorney, and title attorney, as well as a team of real estate agents, inspectors, appraisers, and insurance agents.

Blue Apex’s strength is conducting a thorough strategic assessment of each distressed property, prior to purchase. This analysis includes understanding the fair market value of homes in a specific area, acquiring a distressed property at below fair market value, accurately estimating the costs and timing of the renovation and having multiple exit plans.  Blue Apex works closely with investors, investment advisers, industry professionals, and contractors to ensure the investment plan for any property is well-defined and successfully executed.
